Your Verizon Wireless Prepay cell phone can be converted to a Contract phone if you have used it for six months or more as a prepaid phone. You will not have to sign a contract to add this to a contract. I added a prepaid phone to my son’s contract for $10 a month on a month by month basis. I get a Long Term Contract rate and I did not sign a long term contract.

Verizon Wireless has one of the largest and most reliable cell networks in the nation. Verizon Wireless also offers Prepay Wireless services. This is the Logo that we all relate to “Can you Hear Me Now.”

The Verizon Prepaid Basic Plan charges 25 cents per minute with no daily access charge. The Verizon Basic plan is not a good value when you compare to other prepay plans.

The Verizon Core Plan charges 99 cents per day for access and calls are 10 cents per minute. Unlimited calls to other Verizon Wireless cell phones are free of charge.
The Verizon Plus Plan is $1.99 per day access and charges 5 cents per minute. This plan also includes Unlimited night and weekend minutes (starting at 9 p.m.) and Unlimited calls to other Verizon Wireless phones all day.

How Adding Verizon Prepaid Service Time Works

When you have 20 days remaining on your activation time and you add $15 you will end up with 30 days of service after the addition. If you have 40 days of service left and you add a$15 payment you will still only have 40 days of service left. Verizon does not add your remaining service to what you purchase, you will receive the larger of either your remaining service time or the newly added service time.

How to get a Free Prepaid Cell Phone

With Net10 you will pay $30 to get a phone card which will give you 300 minutes and two months of prepaid phone service. However from the Net10 website you will be able to buy phones for as little as $20. The Net10 phones from Net10.com come with 300 minutes and sixty days of service. This is effectively a $30 phone card. Any Net10 phone you purchase that is $30 or less is a Free Prepaid Cell Phone.

This is spin-nt10body5-10.

// < ![CDATA[

How to get the Best Package Deal on a Net10 Phone

I normally recommend purchasing your Net10 Phone online. You will almost always have the largest choice of phones. I always check for Net10 Purchase Discount codes. Generally the discount codes will save you three to ten dollars on your Net10 phone purchase. Another option is Walmart, Target and many convenience stores usually have the phones in stock but they normally only have the cheapest models.

Can I use my Tracfone Phone for Net 10 Service?

No, only Net10 phones will accept Net10 Wireless phone cards. Even though Net10 Prepaid is a subsidiary of (America Movil) as Tracfone Prepaid Wireless they are not interchangeable.

How Net10 Prepay Works

The Prepaid model that Net10 uses is the Cost per Minute structure. You purchase minutes and at the same time you will get a service period to use those minutes. .

You buy the Net10 phone and a Minute card. You can only use a Net10 Cellular phone for Net10 service, you cannot use a Verizon, At&t, T-Mobile, Alltel, Net10 or any other phone with Net10 Service. The Net10 SIM card will not work in any other phone either.

Activating your Net 10 Cellular Phone

You will Activate the phone by calling Net10 on a land line or by going online.

You will have to type in some numbers into your phone and then it is active. It is really easy For the system to activate your phone can take 10 minute to a couple of hours.

Next you will add a Net10 Minute Card. You will add the 15 digit PIN code into your phone.

I have gotten a lot of extra minutes on my Net10s by using Bonus Codes. Net10 Bonus codes are a five digit number that will increase the number of minutes you get when you are adding a card to your Net10 phone or buying a new phone.. Check out the Net10 Bonus Codes.

How Net10 Service Time Works

Most Net10 cards will put 30 service days onto your phone for each $15 you spend along with ten minutes per dollar spent. In order for your Net10 to work you need to have both Minutes and Service time on your phone. The remaining Net10 minutes always show on the display of your phone. The Service end date will also scroll onto your screen. It normally says “Add Airtime by 12/21/10 or service ends.” hwnet10wrks

Buying Net10 Minutes

For the Best Deal and phone Selection go toNet10.com

Get $3 off on any Net10 phone with coupon code 34567. How can you get a Free Prepaid Cell Phone.

When you buy from the Net10 website put in this code as you are making a phone purchase to save a little extra money.

Motorola Razr V3 and Samsung R451c

Net10 Service Time and Minutes Roll Over

With Net10 your minutes and service time will add on to your current balance. For instance if you have 20 minutes and 60 days left on your Net10 phone and you add a 300 minute/60 day phone card you will end up with 320 minutes and 80 days left.

FREE Ground Shipping on any Net10 phone order over $19.99

Here is a great article on How Net10 Works?

Finally Net10 has released some discount codes. Net10 discount codes are a great way to save money on your Net10 purchases.

Most Cell phone contracts start at $40 a month for a very basic plan. Here is a great tip on how to get the Best $16.66 per Month Cell Phone

Who has the Best Pay as you go Annual Cell Plan. There are competing plans from Track phone prepaid, T-Mobile, Net 10, Verizon Wireless Prepaid, and Straight Talk.

If you have a GSM phone you can possibly move your phone book. If you store your phone book on your SIM card (some phones have this options and others do not) you can take the SIM card out of your old phone and use a SIM card reader. You can transfer it to your computer and then to the SIM card on your new phone.

Most of the CDMA Net10 phones have their transfer port disabled. Even if you find the proper plugin for your phone it will not transfer data to your computer or another phone.

The CDMA Samsung R451c does not have it’s transfer port disabled and if you can come up with a cable you can download directly to your computer. The R451c also has a Memory card slot so you can transfer your Phone book to a memory card and then transfer to your other phone or computer. The recently released CDMA R355c, Motorla EM326 and GSM R401 also allow you to transfer your phone book by using a Mini SD card.

Tracfone/Net10 lock down their phones fairly tightly. Part of the reason for this is the phone are designed to work on several different cell phone networks and the feature lockdown cuts down on network conflicts. Another reason for the lockdown is to make it harder to unlock or hack your Net10 phone.

How to find the Best Deal on a Net10 Phone

I normally recommend getting your Net10 Phone online. You will almost always have the best selection of phones. I always check for Net10 Purchase Discount codes. Usually the discount codes will save you three to ten dollars on your Net10 phone purchase. Another option is Walmart, Target and many convenience stores usually have the phones in stock but they normally only have the low end models.

Can I use my Straight Talk Prepay phone for Net10 Prepaid?

No even though Straight Talk Pay as You Go and Net10 Prepaid are both subsidiaries of (America Movil) only Net10 Wireless phones will only accept Net10 phone cards.

How Net10 Wireless Works

Net10 is a simple to use Cost Per Minute prepaid cell phone company. .

You purchase the Net10 phone and a Minute card. You can only use a Net10 Cellular phone for Net10 prepaid service, you cannot use a Verizon, At&t, T-Mobile, Alltel, Net10 or any other phone with Net10 Service. The Net10 SIM card will not work in any other phone either.

How to Activate your Net10 Prepaid Phone

You will Activate the phone by calling Net10 on a land line or by going online.

You will have to type in some numbers into your phone and then it is active. It is really easy For the system to activate your phone can take 10 minute to a couple of hours.

Adding a Net10 Card is even easier. You can add Net10 minutes directly from the phone or from the Net10 website. You will key in the 15 digit PIN code into your phone.

When adding a minute card if you use a five digit Bonus Code you might get more minutes. Check out the Net10 Bonus Codes.

How Net10 Service Time Works

Most Net10 cards will put 30 service days onto your phone for each $15 you spend along with ten minutes per dollar spent. If you do not have service time left on your phone it will not work even if you have minutes left.. The End of Service Date normally flashes on the screen of your Net10 phone all the time. You can also check your service end date and the number of minutes you have left in the Prepaid Menu on your Net10 phone. hwnet10wrks

Net10 Service Time and Minutes Roll Over

Activation time and your Minute Balance will both be added to your current balance when you add a new card. Let’s say you have 60 days and 20 units left on your phone. Add a 300 minute 60 day card and you will end up with 120 days(60 60) and 320 minutes (20 300).

There are not a lot of Annual Mobile phone plans. Many would be too expensive to pay for the whole year upfront. Who has the Best Annual Mobile Phone Plan?

Straight Talk Yearly Plan

Straight Talk does not really have a Yearly plan but you could stack 12 monthly cards. The $30 per month cards would cost $360 per year. The units will not stack, you will only be able to use 1000 minutes per month or you would start using the next months service. Straight Talk Unlimited for $45 per month. The Straight Talk plan has a glitch. If you have 10 days left on your phone and you add a $45 Unlimited 30 day phone card you will only get 30 days. You will not get 10 days plus 30 days. If you sign up for their auto refill program with your charge card they will automatically add 30 days when your service is about to expire. Straight Talk does offer a yearly card for the Unlimited calling for $540.

Straight Talk $45 Unlimited Plan

Straight talk has a Prepay Annual Cell Unlimited Calling, Text, and Data plan for $45 per month. The phones range from a $30 basic LG phone to $330 for Samsung Finesse smartphone.
The Best Prepay Yearly Cell Yearly Cell Plan

In my opinion the Best Pre pay Yearly Mobile phone Yearly Cell Plan is the the Track phone prepaid $200 3,000 minute (with DMFL) plan. This is only available from Tracfone.com. This plan gets you the best per minute price for prepaid cell phone plans at 6.6 cents a minute.

The $100 per year Tracfone wireless plan is a pretty good deal also but the minutes are more expensive at 12.5 cents a minute.

Net ten prepay yearly minutes are ten cents each and your yearly charge will be $200.

The T-Mobile Yearly Plan is simple. You buy the $100 minute card and your service will stay active for up to 12 months as long as you do not run out of minutes. The units will cost 10 cents. If you add smaller than $100 refill cards you will pay up to 33 cents a minute. You only get the ten cent per minute rate if you buy $100 at a time.

The Best Prepaid Yearly Cell Plan from Tracfone gives you a lot of flexibility. If you do not use all of your minutes they will roll over if you keep your service active. If you have a lot of units left over you can buy $20 phone cards that will give you three months of service. If you run out of units you can always add minute cards and pay between 6.6 cents and 17 cents a minute with DMFL.

Why Net10 is Worried about you Hacking your Phone

Net10 has done a lot to eliminate the possibility of you hacking your Net10 phone. Net10 stores all the different network access information and the minute balance on your phone. Since your phone is able to roam to different networks if a Net10 phone were hacked someone could run up a huge bill that Net10 would have to pay to the other networks.

With most prepaid phones (like Verizon prepaid, Alltel Prepaid, At&T Go Phone) the balance is kept by the network so your phone will actually check with the network to see if you have minutes left before your call goes through. With Net10 the balance is stored in the phone so if someone were to hack the phone and change the minutes left in the phone they might be able to use a lot more minutes than were paid for. The network records on your phone how many minute your phone spent on the network and then reports to Net10. This is not updated immediately so Net10 doesn’t know exactly how many minutes are left on your phone until they ask you for coded information from your phone.

Net10 and Tracfone are the only Prepaid companies that store this information on your phone. All the other Prepaid cell phone companies store the information on the network. That is why Net10 and Tracfone are the only prepaid cell companies that roam to a lot of different networks .

Where is the Best Place to buy a Net10 phone?

I usually recommend purchasing your Net10 Phone online. You will usually have the best variety of phones. I always check for Net10 Purchase Discount codes. Usually the discount codes will save you three to ten dollars on your Net10 phone purchase. Another option is Walmart, Target and many convenience stores usually carry the phones in stock but they normally only have the cheapest models.

Can I use my Verizon Cellular Phone for Net10 Prepaid Service?

No, only Net10 Wireless phones will accept Net10 Prepaid phone cards.

How Net10 Wireless Works

The Prepaid model that Net10 uses is the Cost per Minute structure. You purchase minutes and at the same time you will get a service period to use those minutes. Net10 is owned by Tracfone and operates almost the same way with different rates and better phones.

You will start by buying a Net10 and a Net10 Minute Card. You can only use a Net10 Cellular phone for Net10 service, you cannot use a Verizon, At&t, T-Mobile, Alltel, Net10 or any other phone with Net10 Service. The Net10 SIM card will not work in any other phone either.

How to Activate your Net10 Prepaid Wireless Phone

You will Activate the phone by calling Net10 on a land line or by going online.

To activate your phone you will key in a series of numbers. It is really simple and if you hit the wrong key it is easy to redo it. For the system to activate your phone can take 10 minute to a couple of hours.

Adding a Net10 Minute card is even easier. You can add Net10 cards directly from the phone or from the Net10 website. You will add the 15 digit PIN code into your phone.

When adding a minute card if you use a five digit Bonus Code you might get more minutes. Check out the Net10 Bonus Codes.

Net10 Service Time

You will get 30 days of service time on most Net10 cards for each $15 you spend.

Motorola Razr V3 and Samsung R451c

Net10 Service Time and Minutes Roll Over

If you add minutes or service time before your phone has completely run out both the minutes and service time will rollover. For instance if you have 20 minutes and 60 days left on your Net10 phone and you add a 300 minute/60 day phone card you will end up with 320 minutes and 80 days left.

The Verizon Core Plan will cost you 99 cents per day for access and calls are 10 cents per minute. Unlimited calls to Verizon Wireless mobile phones are free of charge.
The Verizon Plus Plan is $1.99 per day access and charges 5 cents per minute. This plan also includes Unlimited night and weekend minutes (starting at 9 p.m.) and Unlimited calls to other Verizon Wireless phones all day.

Tracfone Levels of Service

Tracfone has two levels of service. The Basic service and DMFL service. With DMFL (Double Minutes for Life) service every card you add to your phone will give you double the minutes stated on the card. If you are in GSM service area you can usually buy a phone with DMFL for $20. In CDMA service area you will normally have to purchase a DMFL card to get double minutes. I think that Net10 pays more for minutes usually on the Verizon CDMA network than on the AT&T or T-Mobile GSM networks.

How to get the Best Package Deal on a Net10 Phone

I normally recommend getting your Net10 Phone online. You will almost always have the largest variety of phones. I always check for Net10 Purchase Discount codes. Often the discount codes will save you three to ten dollars on your Net10 phone purchase. Target and Safeway usually have the phones in stock but they normally only have the less expensive models.

Comparing Net10 wireless Phones to Other Company Phones

If you are comparing a brand new or Reconditioned phone from Net10.com remember that Net Ten will include 300 minutes and two months of service for free when you activate them. If you are comparing to most other pre pay phones subtract $30 from the price of the Net10 Prepaid phone because of the free minutes included. Usually the Net10 Prepaid phones are the least expensive prepaid mobile phones.

How Net10 Prepaid Works

The Prepaid model that Net10 uses is the Cost per Minute structure. You purchase minutes and at the same time you will get a service period to use those minutes. Net10 is owned by Tracfone and operates almost the same way with different rates and better phones.

You purchase the Net10 phone and a Minute card. You can only use a Net10 Phone for Net10 service, you cannot use a Verizon, At&t, T-Mobile, Alltel, Net10 or any other phone with Net10 Service.

How to Activate your Net Ten Phone

You will Activate the phone by calling Net10 on a land line or by using the internet.

To activate your phone you will key in a series of numbers. It is really simple and if you hit the wrong key it is easy to redo it. For the system to activate your phone can take 10 minute to a couple of hours.

Adding a Net10 Card is even easier. You can add Net10 units directly from the phone or from the Net10 website. You will add the 15 digit PIN code into your phone.

When adding a minute card if you use a five digit Bonus Code you might get more minutes. Check out the Net10 Bonus Codes.

How Net10 Service Time Works

You will get 30 days of service time on most Net10 cards for each $15 you spend. You must have both minutes and service time on your phone to use it. The remaining Net10 minutes always show on the display of your phone. The Service end date will also scroll onto your screen. It normally says “Add Airtime by 12/21/10 or service ends.” hwnet10wrks

Buying Net10 Cards

For the Best Deal and phone Selection go toNet10.com

Get $3 off on any Net10 phone with coupon code 34567. Levels of Service for Tracfones.

When you buy from the Net10 website put in this code as you are making a phone purchase to save a little extra money.

Motorola Razr and Net10 Samsung R451c Qwerty Phone

Net10 Service Time and Minutes Roll Over

With Net10 your minutes and service time will add on to your current balance. Let’s say you have 60 days and 20 units left on your phone. Add a 300 minute 60 day card and you will end up with 120 days(60 60) and 320 minutes (20 300).

Go to Net10.com for the best selection of Phones and Phone Specials

Here is a great article on How Net10 Works?

There are starting to be a lot of Prepaid phone companies. Since Tracfone is the largest how does Tracfone Prepaid Wireless Work?

Text messaging has become very popular with both kids and Adults what does Tracfone Text Messaging cost?

Net10 Yearly Plan

Net ten prepay has a yearly plan and a Two year plan. The Net 10 yearly plan is $200 and you get 2,000 units and one year of service(10 cents a minute for $16.66 per month ). If you buy six $30 Net10 wireless cards and put them all in at one time you will get twelve months of service and 1800 units for $180(ten cents a minute for $15 per month). With Tracfone and Net10 units and service time roll over.

The Net10 two year plan costs $400 and you receive 5,000 minutes and two years of service(8 cents a minute for $16.66 per month). You can always buy a $30 Net ten prepay unit card and get 300 minutes and two months of service. Net10 Wireless: Always 10 Cents–Local, Long Distance or Roaming. Net 10 does not have the Best Pre-paid Yearly Cell phone Yearly Cell Plan but if you are averaging 150 to 400 minutes month it is a good simple program. The $30 300 minute two month card is available at Walmart, Target, 7-Eleven, Best Buy, and almost any convenience store or chain store in the US.

The Best Prepaid Yearly Mobile phone Yearly Cell Plan

I think that for many people the Best Prepaid Yearly Mobile Yearly Cell Plan is the the Track phone prepaid $200 3,000 minute (with DMFL) plan. This is only offered from Tracfone.com. This plan gets you the best per minute price for prepaid cell phone plans at 6.6 cents a minute.

The $100 per year Track phone prepaid plan is a pretty good deal also but the units are more expensive at 12.5 cents a minute.

Net ten prepay yearly minutes are ten cents each and your yearly charge will be $200.

The T-Mobile Yearly Plan is simple. You buy the $100 unit card and your service will stay active for up to 12 months as long as you do not run out of units. The minutes will cost 10 cents. If you add smaller than $100 refill cards you will pay up to 33 cents a minute. You only get the ten cent per minute rate if you buy $100 at a time.

The Best Prepaid Yearly Cell Plan from Tracfone gives you a lot of flexibility. If you do not use all of your units they will roll over if you keep your service active. If you have a lot of minutes left over you can buy $20 phone cards that will give you three months of service. If you run out of units you can always add minute cards and pay between 6.6 cents and 17 cents a minute with DMFL.

How to get the Best Package Deal on a Net10 Phone

I recommend purchasing your Net10 Phone online. You will almost always have the largest selection of phones. I always check for Net10 Purchase Discount codes. Generally the discount codes will save you three to ten dollars on your Net10 phone purchase. Walmart, Target and many convenience stores usually have the phones in stock but they normally only have the entry level models.

Do Net10 Prepaid Minutes or Service Time Rollover?

Yes. If you run low (but not if you run completely out) on Net10 Wireless minutes and add another card the service time will be added to the service time on your phone.

How Net10 Wireless Works

The Prepaid model that Net10 uses is the Cost per Minute structure. You purchase minutes and at the same time you will get a service period to use those minutes. .

First you will order a Net10 and a Net10 Card. You can only use a Net10 Cell phone for Net10 prepaid service, you cannot use a Verizon, At&t, T-Mobile, Alltel, Net10 or any other phone with Net10 Service. The Net10 SIM card will not work in any other phone either.

How to Activate your Net10 Prepaid Phone

Next you will Activate your phone. You can go to the Net10 website or by calling Net10 on a different phone. This can take up to ten minutes.

I have gotten a lot of extra minutes on my Net10s by using Bonus Codes. Net10 Bonus codes are a five digit number that will increase the number of minutes you get when you are adding a card to your Net10 phone or buying a new phone.. Check out the Net10 Bonus Codes.

You will get 30 days of service time on most Net10 cards for each $15 you spend. You must have both minutes and service time on your phone to use it. The remaining number of minutes and the service end date will usually show on your display. hwnet10wrks

The Verizon Prepaid Basic Plan charges 25 cents per minute with no daily access fee. The Verizon Basic plan is not competitive with any of the other pay as you go plans.

The Verizon Core Plan is 99 cents per day for access and calls are 10 cents per minute. Unlimited calls to Verizon Wireless cell phones are free of charge. I made use of theVerizon Core program for nearly a year, if your main calls are generally with Verizon Wireless customers this is often a good option.

The Verizon Plus Plan is $1.99 per day access and charges 5 cents per minute. This plan also includes Unlimited night and weekend minutes (starting at 9 p.m.) and Unlimited calls to other Verizon Wireless phones all day.

The Verizon Prepaid Unlimited Talk Plan offers Unlimited minutes and one-cent text messages for $3.99 per day.

Activation Costs for Verizon Prepaid.

There is up to a $25 activation fee when you start your Prepaid Verizon Wireless cell phone. I activated mine at a Verizon store and added a $30 card all at once. The Verizon Employee who helped me did not charge me an activation fee. I did spend $79.95 on the phone.
