No option, most the Tracfones without cards will not transfer pictures over a cable to your computer.

It’s great that straight talk now offers smart phone options. Right now i have a flip phone and the service is great however a lot of my friends use smartphones and i feel a little left out. I think once i have a little extra cash im going to upgrade my straight talk phone especially because its still the same price for the unlimited plan.

Straight Talk’s business model has me because I can get away with using a smartphone (Nokia E71) and pay only 45 bucks, and it’s unlimited. I feel like I’m stealing something. How much does iPhone cost? Like 120? I bet there’s not a really big difference.

I would just like to add that NET10 offers the most flexibility among the prepaid carriers. I hate paying for more minutes than I use and my husband consistently has overage charges with our current contract carrier. When we switch he can go with the unlimited plan. Although it’s not the cheapest, they seem do offer the best coverage. And, I will be able to use the pay as you go minutes since I just use my phone for basic calls and some text messaging.

Tracfone works really well for those who don’t use their cell phones very much. The airtime cards are in smaller minute increments. They still provide good coverage, it just depends on where you are. I think this is a great option if you need an inexpensive set up for a kid or maybe even an older adult who doesn’t want to deal with contracts. But, they do get the benefit of having access to a phone at all times. Not familiar with how Verizon prepaid works.
